Sales + Marketing - Sales Manager
Overview
As a Sales Manager, you would be working within the sales team and reporting to the V.P. of Sales.
You would responsible for developing, cultivating, and closing contracts with new clients in a business-to-business environment.

Work Environment
- Work in an office environment in St Louis, MO
- Report directly to V.P. of Sales
- Work closely with Sales Representatives on the team
Duties + Responsibilities
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Working with senior team member to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Preparing a delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Managing the database and CRM
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Qualifications + Skills
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality
- 3-5 years of experience in lead generation tactics to close enterprise accounts
- Basic knowledge of business and administrative principles
- A Team Player
- Strong written and oral communication skills, negotiation skills
Experience + Education
Minimum 4-year university degree in business, journalism, or marketing or equivalent level of education;
or equivalent combination of education and experience
